Hollywoodreporter.com: "EMI Music Publishing has filed a multimillion-dollar copyright infringement lawsuit against video game giant Electronic Arts. According to the complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, EA used 20 EMI-controlled songs in its video games -- including 'NASCAR Thunder 2004,' 'Fight Night 2004' and 'Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004' -- without obtaining the appropriate licenses. EMI is seeking maximum statutory damages of $150,000 per song and a percentage of EA's profits from the games."
