PGP Ruled as Relevant For Criminal Case

PGP Ruled as Relevant For Criminal Case: "'A Minnesota appeals unamimously ruled in a child porn case that 'the existence of an encryption program' on the defendants computer could be admitted as evidence of criminal intent. The article doesn't mention if this can be taken into account for sentencing too.'"

this sounds very creepy and if i wasn't so tired i'd probably write at length about the federal rules of evidence the first amendment and the reasoning behind the fourth. but for now we'll stick with its creepy!!!
